Artists Night 2018

Red like Purple - Beauty is Rising

The Artists Night is a vibrating interaction of paintings, lyrics, photography and film, collages, installations, music and performance. It is a place of beautiful and life-affirming art challenging and inviting you to reflect and to discuss about God and the world, to enjoy and to be refilled.

Participating artists express themselves in performing arts, fine arts, music and lyrics. Their arts is a lively expression of their faith in Jesus Christ. This years artists are from the Darmstadt area as well as from other parts of Germany and from abroad (e.g. Canada and Brazil).

A special treat of versatile performances of dance, drama, music and singing was presented at various times.

For the first time, the Artists Night was part of the cultural summer in Southern Hessia (Kultursommer Südhessen).
